Yes, my friend Keanu accurately demonstrates my reaction to the sudden realization that the sum total of my personal, domestic, and professional obligations equals a lot of shit to do. Goddamn.
If at any time you see me just sitting, idling, apparently without purpose, feel free to poke me with a stick or something and say, “Hey, Barron! Get back to work!”
Some of these tasks will necessitate periods of relative blog silence, as has been the case over the past few days. Other tasks will obligate me to blog even more than usual. How will these countervailing elements balance out? No idea!
This will be an interesting period, especially as it seems to have no definite end in sight. In paradoxical fashion, I’d like to more effectively channel my innate laziness in order to achieve these goals. Strange as it seems, some would say this deep lassitude is actually a source of strength.
Still, not everything can be achieved while lying in the hammock. Pity.
Well. Gotta go.

It’s entirely possible I have more to do than any other human on the planet, so I can relate.
So here I am messin’ around on blogs.
By the way, I absolutely love the way comments work now. I see the errors and omissions in my dumbbell comment and get 15 minutes to fix it! Heaven!
Ha! I thought of you when I added that feature to comments.
This is one of the best aspects of having moved from Movable Type to WordPress - the comments and authentication just work. Very pleased.
I see both of us too-busy people are messing around on the blogs. I have an hour and 45 minutes to grade 7 papers. What am I thinking?
And yes, the commments, the comments. Thank you.
Alas for me, the blog is a part of my work.
A non-paying part, annoyingly.
