All because of one shithead spammer, I’ve been forced to place a sizeable portion of the Republic of Korea on an enforced timeout.
Apologies to innocent Koreans everywhere.
Probably a case of spoofed IPs and some automated program. Whoever it is has been rebuffed for now.
