Mike Swoboda - the former mayor of Kirkwood who had suffered two gunshots to the head in a deranged gunman’s attack on a city council meeting in February - died this morning, according to a report by Elizabethe Holland of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Condolences to Swoboda’s family and friends, and the city of Kirkwood.
