Several months ago, my workplace moved from hoary old POP/IMAP email protocols and into the cloud - that is, we switched over to Gmail. As many folks had personal Gmail accounts of their own, the learning curve involved in adapting to the format at work was fairly flat. All well and good…but now my department is adopting Google Calendar for its scheduling, and anxiety among those affected is high. Funny! Especially as I’m the person who maintains the schedule.
…time passing…
Well, that’s done. Not all that hard, really. We shall see whether the populace reacts with bouquets or brickbats.
