Giant Robot, launch!

Good Lord. You can watch episodes of Johnny Sokko and His Flying Robot online. Sponsored (with “limited commercial interruptions”) by the likes of Cadillac, Honda, and Chili’s. Why am I just now finding this out?

This is, hands down, the best news I’ve heard all day. I still remember such nefarious foes of humanity as Dracolon and The Gigantic Claw. I wanted my own Giant Robot (with cool wristwatch communicator) so badly as a kid.

I have a sudden craving now for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (on good old white bread) and a glass of milk with Nestlé’s Quik. Yes, we called it that, not Nesquik - but that was many years ago.
