Cue tirade from Stanley Crouch in three…two…one…

Stories like this will always be with us. More specifically, the wide-eyed incredulity of such stories will periodically appear in the discourse, informed with the usual astonishment over people using other commonalities than race to decide who they’ll be involved with. See you in two or three years, when this story resurfaces in some form or other.

Addendum: The late Steve Gilliard wrote rather well about this (in his usual blunt fashion) a while back, when Crouch was all in a tizzy about African American women “dating out.”

  1. You and I will long be dead before this story and its many variations dies out.

It’s more indestructable than a cockroach.

  2. Yeah…yeah. M and I don’t even bother to snark about it, it’s so played.
